Kiku Japanese Steak House

Every time I have gone the waitress is the same girl & is horrible! She never refills drinks, she is rude, she doesn't understand English very well, & they simply do not communicate well. We have tried several various times for "All you can eat sushi" & they used to offer a kids price, they no longer do & charged my 4 yr old $12 for a bowl of fried rice, miso soup, and a fried sweet potato... now my 9 yr old eats more & I wasn't so worried about paying an adult price for him, but we've also gone w/ a baby where they charged a 1 yr old $7.95 for the BABY to eat a few edamame! The waitress just flipped out on us refusing to adjust the bill to the peice parted items that my 4 yr old actually ate & then threaten to call the cops on our party, really? This was utterly ridiculous! The only reason we went was so that our large group of people could sample & enjoy a variety of sushi; their service is NOT worth it! I have NEVER walked out on a bill, NEVER been treated w/ such disregard for their behavior, especially in front of children, & I will NEVER return! This app makes you give a star or I would never give them 1...

Ps, we are BIG sushi fans, my kids beg for it almost daily, but a weekly fix is all I'm willing to do. So trust me when I say, this is bad! We will continue our business at other local spots...

I am completely disgusted with the behavior of the staff. The waitress physically shoved the person with me and yelled over a 3 yr old eating 2 pieces of edamame trying to charge her for all you can eat. The service is incredibly slow and i will never return!!!! I advise you to go to Shan Kishi way better quality a d excellent staff.

I was not happy with the food. The food was over cooked and you could tell the shrimp was frozen and not fresh

When I walked in on this Friday night, I was super excited to enjoy their all you can eat sushi with my family on a birthday occasion . Their layout and atmosphere was fair and we were greeted when we walked in. We sat down and ordered and then waited. We waited for the next 30 minutes only getting a few of the items that we ordered. We tried to ask the waitress where our food was and she said it was on the way. We watched as new people entered the restaurant an ordered sushi and received it before us. What? We waited for 30 minutes for other people to get their food before us? We asked again and the waitress said everything was ordered. We were still missing items. We then sat to wait for our next order to arrive. It did not come for another 20 minutes. The service is bad. Our food came very slow. We were not asked if we needed anything. We were not ask if everything was okay. One of the waitresses sat down behind us to eat, and when we asked where our food was, she went to find out what was wrong, and then started to make our food. $21.95 for this? Not worth it. I am not satisfied. They took over 30 minutes to make salad. Is there discrimination in the works? Is there a reason they do not serve us? After an hour I am still hungry.

Came at 7:45 hoping for good food, left still hungry at 9:20. The manager said how they were trying their best to bring out the food and how the wait was from their bad employees. The restaurant closes at 10. On a Friday night with close to no one in the sushi side of the restaurant, it should not take a long time to make sushi, especially if they are offering all-you-can-eat sushi.

This place was disgusting! I went there with a friend for lunch. At first I said there was something stuck in my glass the waitress tried to scrap off the dirt on it said oh Ill bring you another soda. Then we got out entree and my friend found a BLACK pubic hair in her food. Then they still made us pay for our meal. I wish i wouldve taken a picture if it. I wish I wasnt making this up. I almost threw up. I will never go back there again!!! Holy crap so they closed down and now back open. Wtf??

I have been here once for dinner and twice for lunch. I definitely think this is one of the better sushi/hibachi places in town. it is a little pricey for lunch imho but worth the experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking to have a semi-leisurely lunch.
